Routine appointments may now be booked on the day,  there are also some appointments available for the next day and up to 2 weeks in advance although if requested by your doctor you may book further in advance.  Emergency appointments are booked the same day. Reception is open from 8.00am Monday to Friday - Telephone 0121 465 5739

Out of Hours Call:

0121 465 5739 Our out of hours service is provided by NHS 111. When the surgery is closed, by ringing the surgery telephone number, you will asked to telephone NHS 111 this is a free telephone number.

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Rape and Sexual Violence Counselling now available at the Dove

We have now extended our services to include counselling for victims of rape, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, sexual harassment, satanic/ritual abuse and sexual torture.  

The service also helps families and carers of abused survivors to understand what their loved ones have been through.

Named Accountable General Practitioner

The practice have had to allocate every patient within the practice a named GP which will be one of the partners.  If you want to know who this is please ask when you next visit the practice. 

You will also notice that we have printed who your named accountable GP is on the right hand side of any prescriptions you receive.  You must understand that this will not affect the Dr that you choose to see when you come to the practice, we are contractually required to give you the patient this information.
